Ubushuhe bwo guvura ibikoresho vya WCB

  • Ivyo bikoresho bishushwa gushika ku bushuhe bw’uburemere bwa890-940°C (1634-1724°F).

.4. Gusuzuma inyuma y'ubuvuzi.

  • .Intumbero: Kugenzura ko vyubahiriza ingingo ngenderwako za ASTM A216.
  • .Igikogwa:
  • Igerageza ry’ubuhinga (nk’akarorero, inkomezi z’ugukomera, inkomezi z’umwimbu, ubukomezi).
  • Isesengura ry’imiterere y’ibintu bitobito kugira ngo bibe bimwe kandi ntihagire utunenge.
  • Igenzura ry'ingero kugira ngo ryemeze ugushikama inyuma y'ugutera ubushuhe.

 


 

.Intambwe zidasanzwe (Ikibazo-kihariye).

  • .Gukuraho umubabaro: Ku bipimo bikomeye, urugendo rw’inyongera rwo gukuraho umubabaro rushobora gukorwa ku .600-650°C (1112-1202°F)kugira ngo hakurweho imibabaro isigaye ivuye mu gukoresha imashini canke mu gusudira.
  • .Gukonjesha bigenzurwa: Ku bikoresho vy’ibice vyinshi, ibipimo vy’ugukonjesha bigenda buhoro (nk’ugukonjesha kw’ifuru) birashobora gukoreshwa mu gihe co gukonjesha kugira ngo bibe vyiza.

 


 

.Ivyiyumviro nyamukuru.

  • .Ikirere c'ifuru: Ikirere kitagira aho kigarukira canke gitera oxide gatoyi kugira ngo ntihagire decarburization.
  • .Ubushuhe Buhuye: ±10°C ukwihanganira kugira ngo ibisubizo bibe bihuye.
  • .Inyandiko: Gukurikirana neza ibipimo vy’ubushuhe (igihe, ubushuhe, ibipimo vy’ugukonja) kugira ngo haboneke uburyo bwiza.
